At Saalai TV, we provide a complete digital entertainment package. Please read this policy before subscribing or purchasing.
Digital Service (One Package)
Once your service is activated, no refund will be issued.
A refund may be possible only if:

Service was not activated after payment

You experience long-term technical issues from our side

Service is completely down for more than 48 hours without notice
We will first try to fix the issue. A refund will be issued only if we cannot resolve it.
TV Box / Physical Items (If Ordered)
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery only if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Delivery is delayed more than 10 business days without prior notice
Conditions:

Box must be returned in its original condition with full packaging

Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item
