REFUND POLICY

At Saalai TV, we provide a complete digital entertainment package. Please read this policy before subscribing or purchasing.

Digital Service (One Package)

Once your service is activated, no refund will be issued.

A refund may be possible only if:

  • Service was not activated after payment

  • You experience long-term technical issues from our side

  • Service is completely down for more than 48 hours without notice

We will first try to fix the issue. A refund will be issued only if we cannot resolve it.

TV Box / Physical Items (If Ordered)

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Delivery is delayed more than 10 business days without prior notice

Conditions:

  • Box must be returned in its original condition with full packaging

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item

  • Box Number

  • Reason for refund

  • Photos (if related to any physical item)

No Refunds Will Be Issued for:

  • Customer’s personal internet/device issues

  • Change of mind after activation

  • Incorrect info given during signup

  • Physical damage caused by customer

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
